Have you guys ever heard of Operation Smile?
It's a wonderful international children's medical charity that heals children's smiles. Every three minutes a child is born with a cleft - often unable to eat, speak, socialize or smile. In many cases their parents can not afford the surgeries needed for them to live a normal life. That's where Operation Smile comes in. They offer free medical services, to those who can not afford it, therefore changing their lives forever.
