Hola! My name is Karina and I'm a lifestyle blogger/vlogger!

I'm a mom of 2 and married to my soulmate.

I've always loved writing and connecting with people, that's how this little space of mine on the internet came about but before this little space of mine came about, my passion was being a personal trainer at Curves, where I helped women of all ages build a love for not only fitness but for themselves.

It's been almost a decade later and now I get to connect with people on a different level, as I get to share my weight loss journey, my love and hate relationship with running, my passion for fitness and life as a mom in NYC.

You will also get to read about our favorite products, and some we don't recommend, our adventures in the city that never sleeps and our traveling ones, when we do get to travel. There are also daily rambles, filled with our life up and downs.

Because life is a rollercoaster after all, a fun and loopy one.
